Failure Analysis and Reporting

Sigmatech offers a service where we will investigate and report reasons for product failure, whether they be design issues, weld or process quality, or whether failure was caused by use of the product outside of design or reasonable boundaries of customer usage.

We combine our investigative skills with the capability to perform tests in house, and have established working relationships with local and interstate laboratories that we commonly use for more specific analysis and testing.

Our areas of expertise are in the areas of mechnical failures (with or without lubrication), and investigation of incidents involving motor vehicles, plant machinery, and agricultural equipment.

We support our investigation and analysis with reporting and presentation of results to management teams, legal forums, or training facilitators through the process of preventitive action.
